The Sierra Club is seeking a CRM Support Associate to advance the work of Sierra Club’s staff and volunteer leaders by supporting and maintaining technical tools and systems that enhance work-life and increase organizational effectiveness. The Sierra Club is currently transitioning its Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) system from a custom platform to Salesforce and is looking for someone who can assist and train staff and volunteers to use this new platform. In this role, you will also assist Sierra Club staff and chapter leaders in planning appropriate data collection, data entry and analysis, sharing information about Club data user policies, and identifying the correct tools for the task at hand.
