As a member of TargetSmart’s Sales Operations Team, you will be a key member of our Sales and Business Development teams as we engage with progressive organizations, Democratic campaigns, consultants, and polling firms to encourage their use of all of TargetSmart’s data, products, and technology tools. This role includes selling TargetSmart products and services to a broad range of Clients and prospective clients, researching sales leads and prospects, and playing an essential role in the overall day to day Sales Operations of TargetSmart.
Duties and Responsibilities Develop new prospects and interact with existing customers, primarily by phone or email, in order to sell additional products and services Analyze sales leads and move leads through the sales pipeline by qualifying prospects through outbound calls, emails, and research. Oversee and input data into the company’s SalesForce database for all sales and prospecting activities. Provide data and support to the Director of Sales Operations and Business Development team on sales forecasting, new sales opportunities, and requests for proposals. Work across company teams on marketing materials and internal and external product modifications, standardization, and documentation as needed.
