Position Summary
What is Blueline? Blueline Fellows, Inc. is a new fellowship program that matches campaign staff working the 2024 cycle with roles in progressive and social impact organizations in 2025. These employers include political technology companies, issue advocacy non-profits, social impact start-ups, political consulting firms, and more. Fellows will drive high-impact work in these organizations, ranging from data analysis and engineering to product sales and client services. In addition to employment, Fellows will be a part of a cohort of highly talented operatives and receive career development from Blueline to chart out their long-term career in the progressive ecosystem. Blueline solves the cyclical unemployment problem that campaign staff face.
Who should apply for Blueline? If you are working a full-time role during the 2024 cycle and know you want to build a long-term career in the progressive ecosystem, this program is for you. We are looking for high-performers who love this work and aspire to pursue careers in this space long-term.
For our Pilot Program, eligible candidates must:
- Currently work on a campaign in 2024 (electoral, ballot, or issue advocacy)
- Have at least 2 years of full-time work experience; Fellowship positions will range from mid-level to senior
- Be interested in working the 2026 cycle and aspire to pursue a long-term career in the progressive ecosystem
What happens after I apply? Once you submit, your application will be reviewed by the Blueline Admissions Committee. Blueline acts as a match-maker between applicants and employers. For Round 1, applicants who advance in the process will have a screener interview with Blueline staff the first week of December. Finalists will be matched and interviewed directly by our employer partners in mid-December. Accepted Round 1 Fellows will start their roles in January of 2025.
