Resilient Strategies LLC is a Managed Service Organization that provides the backend finance, administrative and HR service functions for our family of organizations.
Position Overview: Under the direction of the Civic Engagement Technology Lead, the Civic Engagement Technology Coordinator provides meaningful direct technology support to advance the development and utilization of technology for civic engagement campaigns and programs within the Resilient Strategies Network. The Movement Technology Support Coordinator will have the aptitude, attitude and integrity to learn new technical systems and new processes quickly and effectively to serve as a primary interface between the tech team and the staff and program work we support.
Position Type and Compensation: This is a Full time non-exempt, hourly position. Gross hourly pay is $50,000- $60,000. Civic Engagement Technology for RS Network Partners 50%
Program/Campaign Coordination and Support
-
Assist RS Network partners in establishing program and targeting goals, including identifying and coordinating opportunities for program data analysis.
-
Support setup and implementation of all campaign related platforms and systems including but not limited to voter databases, dialers, texting, CRMs, data management and dashboards.
-
Generate, manage and track voter, membership and volunteer lists for programs, including mailings and online outreach.
Communications/Coordination
-
Support relationships with voter file, data, analytics and technology vendors, and serve as a liaison to other organizations that RS Network Partners work closely with on data-related issues.

Manage and triage data requests and troubleshooting (urgent) requests related to all the above systems, including prioritization and determining if requests are viable in given timeline/campaign

Build strong working relationship and strong communication with partners to build trust and build shared vision of electoral mission and beyond
Reporting and Analysis
-
Assist in designing voter outreach and volunteer retention experiments
-
Use long term reports and analysis to make suggestions on how to improve on future campaigns
Internal Electoral Data and Tech Development 10%
-
Analyze demographic and socioeconomic trends in membership, volunteer, and voter data and recommend measures to expand stakeholder diversity.

Build data infrastructure across organizations to scale up data analysis to develop and execute campaigns and programs on a regional and statewide scale.

Maintain and manage datasets across different departments, organizations and platforms
Training and Systems Rollout / Implementation of central software systems 10%

Prepare and deliver trainings on voter targeting fundamentals, voter outreach platforms and other relevant civic engagement platforms or topics.

Create accessible documentation for partners for above mentioned platforms or topics
-
Maintain records describing the quality and quantity of available data.
-
Implement and support the management of shared accounts including but not limited to PDI, Action Network, ThruTalk, ThruText, EveryAction, Mobilize.

Triage requests and determine what to move forward individually and for what to seek outside help
Manage use and security of hardware 10%

Support the purchasing and provisioning of hardware setups for CE Tech

Support the management of existing hardware setup for staff members

Act as the in-house technical subject matter expert for technical systems that are managed by 3rd party companies.

Train members and staff to use CE tech hardware in easy-to-understand ways
IT Support and Support of Other Key Priorities 20%

Participate in staff activities for planning and evaluation as needed

During off-electoral seasons, provide live troubleshooting support for common technical issues
