Embold Research, a unit of Change Research | Remote | Permanent

Position Summary

Embold Research innovates to solve critically important problems at the intersection of data, social science, and politics. Embold focuses on nonpartisan public opinion research for public, private, and nonprofit entities working to improve the communities they serve—and we are growing our team and business.

This is an opportunity to get in as an early employee of an impact-oriented company working on critical public policy issues of our time. Today, we are working on exciting and critical projects, including those that inform and mitigate Covid-19 vaccine hesitancy, increase awareness of and support renewable energy growth, understand both business and residential community concerns, and advocate for education reform, and more.

You’ll have the opportunity to help build something fundamentally new and different, and to help chart the course for Embold as we grow.

We value a diverse and inclusive workplace where we learn from each other.  We invite people with different backgrounds, experiences, abilities, and perspectives to join our team. Black, Indigenous and people of color, LGBTQ+ people, women, veterans, people living with disabilities, and members of historically disenfranchised populations are encouraged to apply. We are an equal-opportunity employer, and we are currently accepting applications. Join us!

In particular, you’re experienced in setting and managing key performance metrics, analyzing performance, and driving improvement via operating systems and processes.

Ideally, you have a background in business development, sales, or fundraising, and a network of contacts in government, nonprofits, foundations, and industry, and you are confident in your ability to sell to them.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment that prizes a commitment to impact.
