Position Summary

Caring Across Generations is looking for an Engagement Data and CRM Tagging Strategist to come on for 6 months starting in mid-late November and help build our data and analytics infrastructure. A large part of this role is executing — which is outlined in the deliverable description. $65,000 for 6 months.

Deliverables:

  • Meetings and Communication
    • Weekly 1:1s with Senior Digital Director, monthly digital team, and *limited* Slack participation.
  • Org-wide supporter journey creation
    • Create an organizational-wide supporter journey with Senior Digital Director and Digital team. Example here. FYI: Engagement pyramid is already complete.
    • Facilitate 1 staff workshop where staff can give feedback on the organizational-wide supporter journey.
  • KPI, metrics, and tagging taxonomy development
    • KPI and metric mapping with Senior Digital Director and Digital team.
    • Facilitate 1 survey and 1 staff workshops around what metrics we need to track then turn the metrics into campaign codes, activist codes, cost centers, etc in EveryAction.
    • Archive or rename current campaign, activist, and source codes in EveryAction.
    • Create a tagging taxonomy with Senior Digital Director and input them into EveryAction.
    • Create an Engagement Central spreadsheet with “how-to tag” instructions. Can provide an example of what this looks like.
    • Reconcile donation data across Salesforce, Classy, and EveryAction.
    • Create EveryAction manual for creating emails, forms, uploads, etc
  • Link generator and dashboard creation
    • Supervise Corner Shop Creative in creating a link generator that builds links and source codes that feed data into our Google Analytics account. Example.
    • Oversee the building dashboards in Salesforce with Salesforce Administrator (who will actually build them)
  • Reporting
    • Conduct a longitudinal evaluation and report of Caring Across engagement including 1 snapshot before this project and 1 snapshot after 6 months (once project is complete)
