Position Summary

Reporting and Research is a new department under the Outreach umbrella at ActBlue. The four departments within Outreach, in addition to Reporting and Research, are: Democratic Politics and Elections (DPE); Training; Movement, Issue and Charitable Organizations (MICO); and Outreach Planning and Operations. This role will be embedded in the assigned turf and work as a partner to the team.

While this staff member will report to the Reporting and Research Department, their primary role will be to provide reporting and specific research needs to their assignments. Under the Reporting and Research team, they will continue to increase their expertise with the most up-to-date techniques and ActBlue tools, as well as use customer relationship management tools to house, analyze, and track progress to goals and relationships. This work will be largely internal-facing and related to account management and ActBlue platform analytics data. Research responsibilities will vary according to assigned turf and needs, and will be largely focused on helping relationship building and account management staff reach their goals.
