Position Summary

Organize NH, the 2022 New Hampshire Democratic Party Coordinated Campaign, is hiring a Deputy Data Director. New Hampshire is a critical state in 2022 at all levels of the ballot – join us to reelect U.S. Sen. Maggie Hassan, Reps. Annie Kuster and Chris Pappas, regain the governorship and state legislative majorities in next year’s elections, as well as build lasting progressive infrastructure.

This position will report to the Coordinated Data Director and is based in New Hampshire.

Your role will include:

  • Design and build reports and tools in line with key programmatic priorities, including Organizing, Digital Organizing, and Voter Protection.
  • Create and maintain data standards to ensure data capture and hygiene.
  • Develop and present Votebuilder/VAN training materials to the Organizing Team in statewide, small group and one-on-one settings.
  • Respond to data support requests, questions and flags.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

  • Ability to work long and irregular hours, including nights and weekends.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable access to a vehicle.
  • Commitment to electing New Hampshire Democrats up and down the ballot.
