Position Summary

Job responsibilities:

  • Create, analyze and trend KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to measure success of programs and campaigns

  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non technical audiences

  • Produce meaningful data visualizations that demonstrate results of KPI and other analysis to aid in decision making as well as aforementioned communication

Core technical skills:

  • Analyze data in SQL as well as in a statistical tool such as R, Python SAS, SPSS, Stata, etc…

  • Proficient in calculating statistical significance and confidence intervals

  • Well versed in creating data visualizations using Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, Looker, Domo, PowerBI, etc..

Nice to have:

  • Experience designing and analyzing AB tests/randomized controlled experiments

  • Understanding of machine learning basics~ no predictive modeling is currently required for the job, however there will be opportunities to add it in the future, particularly the use of explanatory models to increase insight of analyses.

  • Understanding of survey design and analysis
