Galvanize Action, now in its sixth year and engaging in its second presidential election cycle,
stands at the forefront of values-based digital programming. As a research-informed
organization, we specialize in innovative strategies aimed at influencing moderate white
women through targeted, data-driven interventions.

The Role
Join us as a Part-Time Political Analyst and play a crucial role in our dynamic team as we
approach Election Day. Reporting directly to the Chief Strategy Officer, you will leverage your
advanced analytical skills to decode complex polling data, uncover historical voter trends, and
deliver strategic insights that will shape our external communications and campaign strategies.
Key Responsibilities
● Analyze and interpret external polling data to craft strategic insights on a weekly basis.
● Distill current political news into concise, actionable summaries.
● Perform in-depth survey analysis to uncover essential insights for campaign strategies.
● Assess political forecasts to identify pivotal elements that will inform our strategic
direction.

● Correlate emerging voter trends with historical data to derive actionable strategies.
● Collaborate closely with leadership to respond proactively to emerging political issues,
candidates, and narratives.
